Overview
Jennifer Kelliher provides strategic litigation counsel to both individuals and corporate clients across a wide range of industries, including construction, machinery, chemicals, consumer products, insurance, retail, automotive, and food and beverage. She works closely with clients to develop a risk-mitigating approach to litigation that aligns with the clients’ business goals and comfort with trial. She excels in evaluating claims, identifying the strengths and weaknesses that shape the direction of each matter, and developing the necessary proofs to place her clients in the best position for a resolution, whether it be through negotiations or trial.
A seasoned litigator, Jennifer regularly represents clients in New Jersey’s state and federal courts. Outside of her litigation practice, she contributes to the community as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Ethics Committee and provides pro bono service through the Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project.
